Red Lake Band - Walleye Opener
The Red Lake Band’s Walleye season opens on Saturday May 7, 2011.
- Daily limit is 10 walleyes for subsistence use.
- Daily limit is 100 walleyes if fishing for the Red Lake Fisheries.
- Walleyes between 20 and 28 inches must be returned immediately. Only one walleye over 28 inches may be taken daily. This measurement is taken between the tip of the mouth and the tip of the tail.
- If fishing from a boat, a life jacket is required for each person in the boat.
